Every briefing tracks the open tools and model repos a creator can actually run on their own machine. This board aggregates them over time, because a single appearance is noise and a repeat appearance is a decision you can plan around.

Method: tools are parsed from the “Open and local” section of each daily briefing. Star totals are verified against the GitHub API at scan time; the Days column counts distinct briefing days a repo appeared, not stars.
